What are the shipping options?


At this point in time the untamed square allows each artist to directly ship their product to you, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packaging has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. A tracking number will be attached to each order for your connivence.




What do I do if I received a defective order?


We at the untamed square take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to email photos of the product to theuntamedsquare@gmail.com. After assessing the damage and contacting our artist, we will come up with a solution to either replace your piece or refund you for the damages.
